Le Fragole is the dream of three Italian Latina sisters, inspired by both sides of our family. On our father’s side, we come from Irapuato, Mexico a town famous for its sweet, vibrant strawberries. From our mother’s Italian roots, we inherited a deep love for pistachios and a passion for bringing people together around food.

For us, food has always been a love language. Nothing makes us happier than watching people enjoy our desserts the way their eyes light up, the smiles, and the warmth of sharing something new with their loved ones. Each reaction reminds us why we started: to create not just desserts, but moments.

To carry that feeling wherever we go, we remodeled a vintage horse trailer into a warm, welcoming space a little piece of home that travels with us. The trailer reflects our heritage, our creativity, and our desire to bring people closer together through food.

And so, Le Fragole was born  “strawberries” in Italian  a tribute to our roots and to the flavors that define who we are. From our viral Dubai Chocolate Cup to our signature dark chocolate and pistachio strawberries, every detail carries a piece of our story, ready to be shared with you.
